As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out if you have any questions before you order.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@staash.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out as quickly as we can.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund or store credit.

Returns process
If we approve a return, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note that returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
